World Pharmacists Day is being held on Saturday 25 September. The annual event is hosted by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), to celebrate the vital role of pharmacists in improving health in communities across the world.

This year, the theme is ‘pharmacy: always trusted for your health’.

Positive relationships

Through the event, the FIP aims to highlight the importance of public trust in healthcare, and the positive relationships pharmacy has built with patients over time, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are many ways you can get involved in World Pharmacists Day, including becoming a champion on social media.

For more information, initiatives, and resources related to World Pharmacists Day, visit the FIP website.
