This heart failure algorithm was produced by the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CaReMeUK) Partnership of the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists, the British Cardiovascular Society, the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society, the Primary Care Diabetes Society, and the Renal Association, in association with British Society for Heart Failure.
The algorithm is a modified version of the NICE ‘Chronic heart failure: management’ visual summary from NICE guideline 106: Chronic heart failure in adults: diagnosis and management.
